Performance issues observed on Monday and Tuesday have been resolved. Our recent infrastructure changes and fixes are now confirmed to be effective, and system performance has remained stable.
We’ve monitored the platform closely over and all systems are operating normally.
System performance has been stable for the past several hours. The improvements implemented yesterday appear to be having a positive effect, though we are still investigating to ensure the underlying issue is fully resolved.
We have identified and implemented fixes for two potential contributing issues. While these changes have improved overall stability, we are still observing periodic response time spikes. Our engineering team continues to investigate to determine the root cause and fully resolve the issue.
Response times have stabilized. The fix implemented yesterday is functioning as intended and allowing the application to self-recover.

We are currently investigating a recurrence of system slowness affecting portions of the application. Some requests are experiencing elevated latency and timeouts similar.
