Virtuous Analytics Data Sync Delay

The Virtuous Analytics data sync issue has been fully resolved. All Gifts, Contacts, and Contact Notes for October 29–30 have successfully synced, and the system is now operating normally.

We’ve identified the root cause of the Virtuous Analytics sync issue.
We’re updating the production environment configuration to align with the correct branch and have re-initiated all production jobs. Data should begin updating shortly and is expected to be fully caught up within approximately four hours.
We’ll provide another update once the sync is fully complete.
We are currently investigating an issue with Virtuous Analytics where Gifts, Contacts, and Contact Notes have not synced for October 29 and 30. Our engineering team is reviewing the data pipelines and sync processes to identify the cause.
