After increasing processing resources, email reporting data is now catching up at a rate of approximately 60,000 events per hour. We will continue monitoring progress and adjust resources as needed over the next hour to clear the backlog as quickly as possible.

Issue

We are currently seeing delays in email reporting updates. All emails are sending and delivering on time, but reporting data is updating more slowly than expected.

We have increased worker capacity to process the backlog of webhooks more quickly. Reporting should begin to catch up shortly, and we will provide updates as processing progresses.
