The issue has been resolved, and system performance has stabilized. The root cause was identified as a rotating key that caused instances to become unhealthy.

We are seeing a recurrence of web application instances becoming unhealthy, which is contributing to intermittent system slowness and errors. Our engineering team is actively investigating the underlying cause and taking steps to stabilize affected instances.
