Our internal teams have communicated that the unexpected behavior noted with form submission errors has been resolved. Please follow up with our support team on a ticket should you see further instances of the form submission error.

Our development team has deployed a potential resolution for the errors experienced when form submissions were being processed. We are monitoring that fix and will update this page with further updates this afternoon.

We are currently investigating an issue where forms are failing to submit. Some users may be unable to complete form submissions at this time.
